The office staff Doris and Gina( before she left) are always rude. Especially Doris they have no customer service Knowledge and the Maintenance service here is ridiculous. They don’t know how to fix a hole in the wall properly. The noise above my apartment is a constant thumping and banging as if a herd of cows stay above me. The grounds are very unkept always trash outside of the dumpster mice, raccoons and cats everywhere. The maintenance crew here is good for nothing except riding around in the vehicles. Ever time you call the office you either get NO answer or sassy patsy Doris with her foul mouth, and she never has a correct answer for nothing. If you try to get her to elaborate on the bull crap she tells you she begins to start getting smart loud and nasty. She need to return to stocking clothes at T.J. Max in the back to be unseen/ unheard. The Security staff is really they best options they respectful and aware of what’s going on around the area. The apartment complex as itself is a nice complex it’s the trifling resident and the terrible staff you have to weed out. I did recommend a couple of people but they said the lady on the phone was rude to them. Which I believe so moving forward I wouldn’t recommend no one else. It’s embarrassing. I tried to upload photos to show some of the stuff as far as maintenance, but they would not upload but never the least I have several videos and pictures of they terrible jobs. ...

While Apartment Searching in Detroit also in Dearborn, MI, I found Sherwood heights apartments to be very clean, offers alot of Square Footage for the price, and and all feel very home like just with the first walk in of the Office/ 2 bedroom Model I rented from fall '05 through summer '08. ...
