$654/mo for 2 bedroom with all utilities included. Pricing and parking are great, maintenance is only okay. If you have an immediate problem like a leak they are quick to fix it, but my window was cracked when I moved in and my bedroom was very cold because of it all winter. It's been 8 months of me calling and they have yet to fix it. The people are friendly but there are hardly any students. If you don't mind a 2 mile bike ride to WSU, the location isn't terrible, but I'd much rather have some place closer. Apts are nice but the building itself is kinda dumpy.
