These apartments are old!!! They are falling apart! The Carpet has no padding and the people are assholes! Don't live here! I rented from winter '04 through winter '07.

The landlord is really weird. He's ALWAYS around at the oddest hours and can hear your conversations in your apartment. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on. The actual apartments, crappy, low quality not worth the money. Dump. Old, dirty, lead paint walls, nasty. Look elsewhere. The landlord is a money grubbing mug. I rented from fall '08 through fall '08. ...
