Cedar lake has horrible management. Complaints are not addressed, they are ignored. They have an open policy to enter your apartment at will. They enter without notice and do not leave notes. This includes households with pets. They contract out work and the workers are sketchy. Sketchy as in I do not feel comfortable with them in my apartment. I am concerned about theft. Insulation is poor and I have heard that the gas bills are outrageous in town houses. I rented from fall '09 through fall 11. ...
