The landlord is an asshole and a bitch. NEVER EVER SIGN WITH THEM AGAIN.....OUNCE U ARE IN. THEY MAKE IT NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OUT. AND THEY WILL SUE YOU FOR JUST ABOUT ANYTHING I rented from winter '08 through winter '08.
