Georgetown commons is a was a decent place to live. I am 20 years old and a collge student at macomb. The neighborhood is getting pretty bad. the last month of my lease two kids broke into my car. My boyfriend chased them down and clinton twp police let them go...I'm not so sure they learned anything valuble from that. At night sworms of teenagers and kids run around. I don't think any parent their watchs their kids. There are alot of young people (20-30) who rent by them selves, but most of the renters are families. Management was always cool..maintanance was fast. I don't recomend this place to people who need complete silence all the time. The walls are thin, and it depends on who your neighbors are, but there are always parties going on. I rented from summer '06 through winter '07. ...
