Very bad policy to charge percentage if paying by credit card. Payment should be accepted in any form. Not being able to pay in office and have payment applied day of payment is ridiculous. Very unsatisfied with this issue and owners don't care because they reside in CA. I rented from fall 2012 through fall 2015. ...
