DO NOT RENT HERE! Rent in your portal will increase without the 30-day written notice or addendum added (per law). They don't tell you up front that you have to pay a water utility that IS NOT listed in your lease. Maintenance takes DAYS to show up. Was told on move in that the HVAC had recently been replaced in all the units, only to learn we had no A/C and had to wait three weeks in 90 degree heat for them to replace the HVAC. Lease says tenants have to mow the property but you are not allowed to have a mower...or a grill for that matter. No snow removal and residents had to salt themselves. Took TEN months to get a key to the mailbox. None of the doors shut properly in the apartment. They randomly tow vehicles without notice who pay for parking. Google the management company and check more reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. ...
