Terrible,Terrible, Terrible!!!? if they had skilled maintenance people, it probably would be good. It appears that they are not skilled so the apartments are not being taken care of. They hire more but things are still not getting done. They do not get back with you and communicate well through emails at all, poor communication with staff and residence. I would not advise anyone to move here. It’s too much of a hassle to get things done that are supposed to be taken care of anyway without you having to constantly be on them about. Very disappointed! The owners should do the undercover boss situation and see how their property is being ran, and how maintenance is not taking care of their property. I don’t understand why they would spend money to pay people to not run things. Well if I was paying my money I would be checking to make sure my money is being spent, and the work is being completed, and the residents are being taken care of and satisfied So that they will want to continue to stay here! ...
