One bedrooms start at $870.00 per month and security deposit is ½ month with approved credit. Two bedrooms start at $1040.00 per month and security deposit is ½ month with approved credit. Our minimum lease term is 6 months which is subject to a higher rate. To make your decision easier, I would like to explain some of the great features included in your new home. Each apartment comes with an electric stove and refrigerator, air conditioning, ceiling fans in the dining room, carpeting throughout, and plenty of closet space. We are cat friendly and allow up to 2 cats per apartment. The fee is $25 per month per cat and a $250 non-refundable fee.
