I've had a great experience living @ Campus Village during the 2013-2014 year. The price is reasonable for the amenities and quality of the living space. The maintenance is responsive. I have interacted with the management to talk about bills and they
have been very approachable and personable. My roommates and I have thrown parties, as have many other people in our building, and never had a problem with authorities or noise complaints. The rent was a little out of my price range, but I've found it worth it. It's right behind the Brody side of campus on a bus route. Also, there is free parking for all residents. The gym is a little weak but they have a yoga/stretch room which I use a lot. Plus, as a girl the free tanning saves me a lot of money.
