Horrible quality. The carpets are stained, numerous holes in wall, all appliances are from the 80's and of low quality. There is mold everywhere. Maintenance guy is a moron. The only thing this place has going for it is its location and its price. I do not reccommend this apt. due to low quality. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
