The landlord does not seem to care about people. We have all kinds of construction in our building without warning. Worst of all it starts at 8:30am and my boyfriend is working midnights so he already gets little sleep, now he's down to 2 hours a night. When you call they fake sorry but offer no solution. I rented from fall '06 through fall '08. ...
