My husband and I lived here for 10 months in a furnished apartment as temporary housing as we had sold our home. I management was very prompt in addressing any issues we had and always friendly. They do a good job during the football season to make sure that other football fans don't try and use the complex for parking as it is close to the U of M stadium. Easy walking distance to grocery, mall, pharmacy and restaurants. Really nice walking/jogging paths all over the area and I always felt safe. Several times I went to bed and forgot to lock my door. I do know that there were some issues with GPS units being stolen from cars which had left them in plain site, but this seems to be a city wide problem. Hardly any noise from next door neighbors, parking is at a bit of a premium. I just don't think the apartments are in good enough shape to be worth the price. Two of the burners on my stove didn't work, and were never fixed. The washer frequently left rust stains on my white clothes. The linoleum floor in my bathroom was cracked and filthy. This sounds really negative, but I did like living there. It just really isn't worth the high price. I rented from fall '05 through summer '07. ...
