The crime rate is very high, especially car theft. There have also been burglaries and armed robberies. Noisy neighbors are not counseled. Management is in your apartment at least once a month -- sometimes more often. The DO NOT want you there when they visit and there are reports of theft, vandalism and snooping by management during these visits. If a resident complains they are told it did not happen.
