idiculous Apartments ever. I have been in united states for a decade now. I have never experienced such a worst situation before. Between apartment blocks, there are hundreds of mice. We moved into this apartment in 2021. Ever since we moved in we have noticed mice. They have given us uncleaned apartment. John at the front desk speaks to you very nicely before you sign the lease and later he acts as if he hasn't met you before. Pearl is a rude lady. She have asked us to vacate the apartment because we were complaining about the mice. Heater sound is a mess. They say they have installed a new heater but it gives out lot of noise whenever it turns on. When you want to terminate the apartment lease due to loss of your job. Still they'll charge you high amount of money. They had inspection done on our apartment and marked it as in a good condition. Now, they are charging almost all of the security deposit (500$). They asked to pay one more month rent due to lease termination and apart from which they have charged termination fee of 107$. They cannot control mice in the apartment, there are snakes out there in the community and community is so unsafe that strangers comes and steal the kids school bikes etc. our Amazon packages will never get delivered to right location. its a 0/5 rating for this apartments. This community staff and their rules are greedy. They are just making life more expensive here. They raise the rent every year 7% and if you sign the lease for 2 years, still they'll raise the rent by 4% when your term turns 1 year. Again second year it becomes 7%. So, basically, you'll end up paying more each year. They charge water bill based of of number of people in the whole apartment. If you don't live in the apartment for a month, still you'll end up paying water bill. Isn't it worst. It was a disgusting experience overall. ...
