These are great apartments in a decent area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues especially Ms. Kweilin Wofford the property staff manager. Ms. Wofford is hands on with keeping the community updated with events that's going on, fun facts and any inconvenience residents should be aware of. The apartments look great for the price, and the walk in closets are awesome. However, it is not worth it when maintenance repeatedly breaks in to your apartment. They got me four times because I live in a ground floor apartment that is facing the back, not the parking lot. The property manager is a raging bitch and she won't work with you on anything. If you want to move here because of the location and the fairly spacious apartments you will be fine just make sure you get an apartment facing the parking lot. If you don't, you will certainly regret it. Also be prepared for giant roaches, I'm talkin 2-3 inches long. I rented from summer '07 through winter '08. ...
