I ran into a crazy housing situation where I was left with no housing at the start of my graduate career. I found Summit Hills through a friend and was pre-approved with no credit check or application fee since I was a registered student at GW. The grounds are wonderful and well-kept with constant upgrading. I have always felt very safe here, even walking back at night from the metro. The location is great in terms of getting to D.C. and downtown Silver Spring but far enough out that you get some green space, a pool, free parking, and even the option to rent a spot in the garden! I love that utilities are all included except for WiFi/Cable as it cuts down on the bills I need to keep organized, which would definitely be stressful when trying to balance graduate coursework with a part time job and clinicals. Overall I would definitely recommend this location to a friend, especially with the ample space and improved cleaning and precautions due to COVID-19. ...
