I went to UMUC & I am a member of the U.S. Armed Forces, now deployed overseas. Despite many emails, phone calls, and a letter from the legal department to these apartments & its managment -- over $480 due to me has not been sent nor has an explanation to its absence even been attempted to be explained. - All this after I put up with the poor workmanship of the building (i.e. roof/wall leakage, poor insulation, insect infestations) and washroom facilities (dirty/muddy & often broken). --- Even if you have tolerated living months in tents before, I do NOT recommend this apartment complex for military members, or anyone for that matter.
