This place is one of the most awful apartments I have ever lived in. I have had three major incidents in the parking lot with theft and vandalism to my vehicles. The management does nothing, although they advertise as having a "lot secured by a 24 hour guard." This is a joke, a few months ago, they finally got security overnight, but only after I threatened to sue when all four wheels were stolen from my car and several other thefts had occurred. Then, the property manager told perspective tenants that the car was on blocks because we were "just changing the tires." Overall, the walls are paper thin, heating and cooling is extremely expensive and the management lies. They also go seem to fire and hire staff frequently. Oh and not to mention, although they won't admit it (they claim it has never been tested, and simply let people out of the lease when they test themselves) the place is highly contaminated with lead paint.
