Moved in the beginning of the year, and it was cool at first. Now that summer is here, the guy on the first floor hogs up the courtyard, with his 3 screaming kids and grills all weekend long. No courtesy what so ever. People constantly slam doors, no where to park after 9pm unless you want to walk 2 miles to your apt. Come to find out, visitor parking and tenent parking dont mean anything, even if you have a tenant parking sticker. Pet policy sucks also. they charge an arm and a leg to have a cat, and are not specific with dog situations. You sign a lease stating its "at the managements" discretion but never mention exact details. Some people have dogs and have gotten dogs and received lease violations because of this. This is due to nosy old people who live here and have nothing better to do but to stick their nose in peoples business. Over all, nice apts., management sucks, and no one cares about noise.
