Current Resident

I have been living here for many years, however over the years the property deteriorated. Multiple families living in 1 and 2 bedroom apt, hence big problem with parking and washing machines. Keep in mind they will charge you $10 to park your car. Filthy and broken washing machines. Dog poop and pee in the elevator, all over the grounds and in the building staircase. Beware of MOLD in 66-405. In building 55, homeless guys break into the first floor empty apt.. drink and smoke drugs every night. Another homeless guy occupying space outside the 6th floor elevator. The leasing office staff absolutely arrogant and behave as though they are doing you a favor. Roaches, mouse, bugs and no security. Please be careful and don't fall for their sweet talk. Once you sign the lease they absolutely do not care. ...
