They keep saying that the place will be torn down, but then they also keep pushing the date further and further back. It's a wonderful treasure - the courtyard and balcony views are the reason for living here. One drawback is that they are not very timely on maintenance (my toilet has not been fixed since the day I moved in - a year ago. ha.) I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
