It is a good place to live, I recommend people who would not want to stay on campus to live there. I enjoy staying here it is very peaceful and clean. In the apartment it is very neat. I love staying here.

Great location to food and shops in the Ruston area in walking distance. Students respect each and a quite area so great for studying outside as well. If their was a Grambling bus this would make this outstanding but you have to drive back and forth to class. Washers and Dryers in the room this come in handy. ...
