C12: I enjoyed living at POV for 3 1/2 years. I never had a problem and it was not addressed. As I prepared to transition from living at POV for 3 1/2 years the current property made sure I had a smooth transition. The property manager was very effective with my transition. When something was wrong he made sure it was taken care of and went behind his job expectations to assist the residents. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend others to be residents of POV. ...
