No outside lights it's very dangerous over here. Homeless people hanging begging dopeheads sitting on the stairs smoking. Very scared for my life and my family It would be alright if they would just fixed the lights

When I moved there I thought everything was nice looking good but looks can fool you the apartment that I live in has no lighting I'll be scared for my life they have homeless people living in The Empty Apartment crackheads out smoking it's horrible

We moved here from another state & the moving process was horrible. The grounds aren't taking care of at all. Trash, dog/geese poop all over. Maintenance rarely does any repairs. If they do make any repairs they aren't done right. Electrical plug in one of the bedrooms blew out & the maintenance guy just painted over it & said he fixed it. Air conditioners are old & need to be replaced pretty much like everything does. No air right now & hopefully are out of here soon. They financially inconvenienced me cause the unit failed Section 8 yearly inspection. Therefore we were given 60 days to move out cause Section 8 stopped any further rent due. I'm a single mom & don't have $ laying around to just move spur of the moment. Parking lot has barely any lights & no front light at half the apts. I'm so frustrated with this place & I wouldn't recommend any to move here. ...

Documented mold problems. Rude management and maintenance people. I rented from winter '05 through summer '05.
