I have had a leak in my room at the complex for almost a year now. I called and reported my bathroom sink would not cut off one night at 8:00 pm and it wasn't even turned into maintnance until 10:30 the next day. Now I have had a hole in my ceiling where it was leaking for almost a week and no one has yet to fix the problem.
