Management is awful to work with. When their appliance floods your apartment they drag feet making repairs and blame you when place smells (that would be mold). Rent is cheap because the neighborhood is bad. Spends money on ugly sculptures while stairs are unsafe and paint is peeling. Units are worn and old. Apartment was filthy when we moved in. We are good renters for several years but they're ignoring concerns like mold growing on waterlogged cabinets. My roommate couldn't live here for several days but they aren't bothered by that at all.
