This is the LAST place you should ever rent from! The manager is Incompetent! The "Amenities" are non existent. The trash is piled up outside the trash dumpsters! It claims to be a "Gated" community is a LIE, the gates are open ALWAYS! You are required to have rental insurance and even if you do and can prove it they charge you $50 anyway. The manager's response..sorry, I can't do anything about it! They had HUNDREDS of cars towed WITHOUT NOTICE and cost tenants almost $200 to get their car back! If you are looking for a apartment, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! This should have O stars!!! ...
