Do NOT EVER LIVE HERE! I repeat DO NOT be tricked into signing a lease!! There has been 6 fires since I moved in in August, and the last fire was in Feb. After numerous service requests, no problems have been fixed. They are not letting people out of their leases even though there are clear safety concerns. I have been told that I do not need airconditioning (even though it is promised in the lease) and the care from the management is pathetic. This is the worst place you can live...and the list of problems goes on and on and on. Do NOT make this mistake. But don't take my word for it, it has been in the news as well.
