If it wasnt the system they have decided to used to make themaepf rich off the back of others hard earned money and if you are like me, all you want to to have a place, pay your monthly rent, and have them fix any isssues you may encounter while here then, I would say they are okay. But take a look at what they have decided to do and will do to you if you make this same mistake I made by moving here. I have been here 4-5months now and when from paying $860 to now paying $963 month for 2bed 1bath with no washer machine in my apartment. Spread the words and don't advice anyone to make auch mistake. Even the Louisville water company itself doesn't even bill monthly on top, see with your own eyes what they are charging me every month for water and sewer for an ordinary 2bed 1 bad appartment with 1 adult and 5&7yrs old little ones. ...
