This place is nice and has alot of aminities for a college student, the only down side is you might end up with some jacked up room mates, and its really hard to get out of your lease. So be prepared to commit or pay extra just to move, heaven forbid if you have a life changing situation and need to move cause your going to have to pay until someone else sublets the lease.
