Misogynist management blasting demeaning music from pool speakers: Gunplay, Rae Sremmurd, Fetty Wap, Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar…most of those accused or convicted of violence against women or violence with weapons besides just the words in the lyrics out at the pool the day after police called to investigate reports of a man hitting a woman by the pool and threatening to shoot others. Tells me it’s discrimination against Black residents to change the playlist…whaaaat??? What playlist was requested – all of the music you can find in one playlist that promotes gun and gender-based violence? I mean…these weren’t mixed in…that was the whole playlist. Only added one female singer after telling me that they wouldn’t change the list: Cardi B. Almost everyone on the pool deck was female…including my six- and nine-year-old daughters. Report of gunshots fired here less than a month ago. Manager says she doesn’t see a link between the song lyrics and hostile living environment and will continue to take requests despite the violent, drug-promoting theme of the lyrics because the explicit ones were muted. Well…most of the songs were almost completely muted due to explicit lyrics so…what was even the point….but the violent themes were still audible and many of the artists still accused or convicted of gun violence or violence against women…which again…had been reported less than 24-hours before…guess she’s never heard of a radio? Muzak? Shuffle? Not sure what misogyny had to do with race – hard to believe a Black woman would request those themes – Rihanna sure didn’t. If she won’t cancel the offending artists, cancel your checks for your daughters’ rent parents. Don’t allow the Nest to exploit your daughter by the pool for the enjoyment of whoever wanted to hear what was playing yesterday!! I now understand why they chain the egress gates closed and make the only exit through one keyed entry into the clubhouse where the sunbathers have to walk through the groups of males gathered and stand waiting for the electronic key to let them exit/use the bathroom. I had thought the cameras around the pool were for security purposes, but now I wonder…Trinitas, the parent company, values “Warrior Spirit,” and “Extreme Ownership.” Women aren’t here to be owned. Gross, Trinitas. Take a look for yourselves, Internet: https://www.trinitas.ventures/leadership ...

Great place to live although the management there is a total joke. They don't care about your personal well being or any complications you may have they care about money and thats about it. I have heard of a lot of people having problems with the managers and the staff they are just not nice people. Also they have internet problems almost every month. ...

The nest is awesome. There are many amenities such as the pool, hot tub, gym, and study spaces. There is bathrooms and huge closets in each room and it is usually two floors so there is a lot of space to hangout and decorate. It is pretty quiet and the staff is extremely helpful ...
