Cyan Southcreek is a nightmare. They are very dishonest and the rental staff writes tons of fake positive reviews. The manager is inexperienced and doesn’t even discuss issues with tenants. Rent increases are 20%, and common areas are poorly maintained. Be prepared to be ripped off when you move in here. You hear everything above and there’s also a loud freeway adjacent. ...

Cyan Southcreek is a complex that completely focuses on renting apartments for top dollar and price gouging even with rent increases. At a time when many complexes have limited inventory, Cyan always has 15 or more units available due to high turnover of residents. They are newish and brag they once reached full occupancy so why so many vacancies. Once you move in they won’t answer the phone and the only time you’ll hear from them is when they give you a huge increase. It was frustrating to see management’s dimissiveness. Trash around complex. The slightest request was painful. There was no interest in building community. Worse complex I’ve ever lived in. Note management posts tons of fake positive reviews, don’t be fooled. There are better options out there. ...

I recently relocated to this beautiful community. The staff, particularly Shannon, was so helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend. Maintenance staff DJ and Walter are great. Love the 2 floor gym too

Love the community , Beautiful amenities, pet friendly. I have lived here for the past 8months and they have everything you can ask for. Office staff is great. Maintenance is quick and on top of all concerns. Can’t wait for the pool to open again !

Very unhappy. Tons of hidden fees and not a luxury experience. Pool not heated. Management unresponsive. Rent increases very steep. 20 percent. No security. Often maintenance requests went unanswered. No feeling of community. So disappointed by this experience. ...
