Nice people and great environment to get both school work done and to relax. On the weekends and on games day it can be pretty loud with partying students and how close we are to the football stadium but it is not that bad. Also great location.

The apartment themselves are pretty updated and the amenities are nice. However, there was always dog poop in the hallways and the walls are thin so my neighbor's dog kept me up most nights (including before my 9-hour final). Location is so convenient though that it made it worth it sometimes. There is a new manager too and he is awesome. ...
