The apartments are outdated, need repairs - you need to wait, parking is assigned but not enforced, and noise complaints aren't taken seriously by the landlord, plus the site is notorious for break-ins, usually through the patio door, lighting and security are not well rounded. I rented from spring '04 through fall '05. ...
