My time at River Market was great because it was close to campus and everything was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and patient helping me throughout the entire process. The apartments themselves were very nice and the environment was peaceful. ...

The apartments look nice at first glance, but once you move in, you find that many things are lacking. Almost no closet space. Dishwasher makes dishes more dirty. No washer or dryer. dryers in the building are TERRIBLE and cost a lot to use. Regular inspections of your apartment which are annoying. Very small bedrooms. You pay for the month that you move in on, so if you move in on the middle of august, you pay august's full rent, then you are immediately billed for the next rent payment on the first day of the next month. There are two redeeming qualities of the building, and that is the overall size of the place, which is large with the loft, and the location. It's right in the middle of all the restaurants, fast food places, and bars. Overall, River market is far too expensive for what you are provided with. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
