DO NOT LIVE AT FUSE! During my son’s tenancy, Property Manager Leah White attempted to extort additional combined fines of $1000 from my son and another leaseholder in the unit, for a lease infraction committed by a 3rd leaseholder. She imposed other fines that I had to pay so as not to have a negative impact on my credit. She also authorized the illegal entry into the unit by not giving the required one day’s written notice for a non-emergency matter, per the Lease, and Indiana Law. She then claimed the written notice was not in the lease. Clearly she does not know the lease terms. FUSE owner and developer has condoned this behavior by not refunding the fines I paid, as compensation for the illegal entry. Short of suing in Small Claims (I am out-of-state), my only recourse is to post negative reviews of FUSE. Leah White has been nasty in all interactions with my son, and during the one phone conversation I had with her. She is not fit to manage any property and should be fired. ...

I love living at Fuse. The staff are all very friendly and caring. They get to know me as a person which I think is awesome. It has a lot of amenities and is a spacious apartment complex. It is always so clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend living here. ...
