SLUMLORDS...AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tried to move in and all the carpets were badly stained, all furniture damaged, unpainted walls, apartment was still dirty, furnace and water heater looked unsafe. Deck was missing part of railing, huge hole. We found dead bugs everywhere including a spider that they painted over on the walls and the worst part, mold in three of the bedrooms. This was the most unsafe, uninhabitable apartment I have ever seen. We refuse to move in and after five hours of heated discussions and getting a lawyer involved, the agreed to let us out of this lease but not without a 340 dollar charge to do so. The leasing agents not only are very dishonest but incredible liars as well as we caught them in several lies throughout the process. The savings in cost for rent does not outweigh the nightmare experienced. This place should be condemned I rented from fall 2017 through fall 2017. ...

The worst thing about this place is the quality then the service as in the maintenance people and office workers. My appt personally had leaking ceilings that took them 3 times to fix. I currently live there now and i have yet to see if they fixed it or not. My pipes were frozen and so was the system outside which probably had to contribute to the leaking. The office workers are of no help at all. All they do is tell you they will put in a work order in and smile at you when you have a problem. I tel them i have a problem and they offer to have the manager call me that day and its been a week now and no call. My kitchen counter top was just sitting on the frame, my coffee table they provided had only one screw in it so you could rotate the top 360 degrees My window was bowed at the bottom so each side of the window there was a gap at the bottom about an inch so bugs were getting in. I couldnt lock it because of that so safety was a huge concern. Took them weeks before fixing it. They just rigged it so it could temporarily lock which anyone could of just nudged it and it would of opened. the air conditioner was broken and stuck to "on". we didnt notice till the winter when our bill normally around $110 was $280. One of my roommates toilet had crap and vomit in it when he moved in which didnt flush. they didnt fix that till at least a month later. and it was 4 times before they actually replaced it. the place was dirty, whoever they had clean it did a terrible job because there still was dog food, hair and dirt everywhere. The walls are like 1/4 in thick so you cant hang anything on the walls without the stuff falling out or off unless you do it just right. you walk up the stairs to get into the townhouse it feels and sounds like it would cave in at any second. the parking is only enough for about 1/2 of the people that live there when they snow plow they go down the center and leave huge snow piles against the back of the cars. you can see why they offer this hole for $299 a month for a 4 bedroom. with all the problems that i have had to deal with i definitely dont think its worth it living here. it may look decent because they show you a perfect conditioned house but really the quality sucks. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

Worst place to live ever. Management is terrible. Took them no joke 13 tries to fix my A/C. Conveniently it didn't work from May til September...it was horrible and many things in my apartment got water damage as well. NEVER LIVE HERE! their towing policy is also the dumbest thing ever. Seriously tell everyone you know not to sign a lease here I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...

BAD MANAGEMENT...READ YOUR LEASE...and watch out..they change the rules to benefit themeselves. They change leases..loose paperwork and don't adhere to their own rules I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.
