No real problems with the apartment of maintenance, but when it came to the landlord, she was a hassle. Everything she said she would do would never get done. I asked to get a call or email when she or anyone was going to come into the apartment and she NEVER did. Denise, the reception girl, was the only one who would actually answer my questions without beating around the bush. The landlord, Sarah, was flakey and never seemed to know what she was talking about. I was told I was going to get a key for a workout center 5 months ago, this has yet to happen. She unreliable and I really don't think she ever knows what is going on. I rented from winter 11 through summer 11. ...

These guys are real crooks. Everyone I know has had problems with the management charging them for damages they never incurred. I have been moved out for a year and they are still pestering me. I actually just got contacted by a collection agency that insisted I owed for things I never received any notice of. The management is horrible and potentially robbing tenets. I rented from fall '08 through spring '09. ...

The washers and dryers are a joke. They never seem to work. The office seems to be closed mostly. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08.
