Tenant's Right to Privacy: Landlords are required by LAW to notify tenants before they enter the property. Exception is in case of emergency. Southfork's law: they enter whenever they want. Even to show the apartment to three guys when there is a female tenant in the shower. Landlord and wife have made RACIST remarks to me, and have confused me with every other female tenant of my race in the building. They don't allow men to live with women, and have moved tenants without letting others know so that they can have all male or all female apartments.
