The Deming is in a great location in Terre Haute as it is across the street from campus and within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. The Deming used to be a hotel and it has been remodeled with granite countertops and concrete flooring. It still retains much of its historic charm. The Deming does not offer in unit washers and you must pay for a parking spot which is $60 a month. Maintenance is very fast when you submit a request through the app that is used.
