They say internet is included but it is so slow and doesn't work most of the time that most residents have to purchase their own anyway. I rented from fall 2015 through spring 2016.

I lived in Cardinal Villas last year, and I enjoyed my time there. I liked the fact that it was close to campus and that the parking was monitored. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08.
