The only positive thing about living here is the maintenance team! Terri the manager, and Scott Beals the Operations Manager of this property truly do NOT care about the tenants. All that is cared about is collecting those rent checks. Being harassed on the daily by your neighbors? Too bad! Doing everything you are supposed to do when issues arise? Too bad! When you voice your concerns, you get hung up on. Abney Lake needs new ownership, and management. Do NOT waste your money here. I rented from fall 2016 through fall 2020. ...
