BEWARE!!! Worst place I have ever lived, and I have been renting in this town for over 20 years. Nonexistent air conditioning, very poor heating, water shut off on regular basis due to poor plumbing, pool out of commission most of the time. When your lease is finally up, they will take all your deposit and come up with bogus reasons to charge you extra no matter how thorough your cleaning job. I would NEVER live here again. I rented from winter '06 through fall '08. ...
