I lived there four and a half years When Brooke was the property manager, Vovid hit. My rental check wad stolen from the lock box that wad put outside the building. Kelly never ran a background report on Tenille Shores! She hss felonies for theft and battery. Her 'sister in law lives in #100; she hsd a $2000 judgement and eviction on her criminal report. I lived in #309. A drug overdose on third floor. A bomb scare in April 2023 involving Indy Reads. A killing, Julie Morley was beat up, raped and stabbed by Robert Burke, a fellow from Detroit. She stayed in the space at Indy Reads.No heat or air conditioning. Kelly sucks. ...
