HATED IT! As loud as frat house, thin walls & floors, I couldn't concentrate entire month of March due to non-stop Madness parties 2 LEVELS AWAY from my apt. Allegedly "secure" bldg unsafe because backdoor always propped open. Drug activity in alley. Mgmt/owner (South Bend Heritage Foundation) been trying to sell for yrs & refuses to invest in proper care/maint. COCKROACHES! I rented from fall '08 through summer '09. ...
