"Thank you for your punctual attention that the gentlemen with the maintenance team gave to our request just recently in Varsity Courts. I was very appreciative of their work ethic and motivation. The team was in the apartment changing the filter and I happened to mention another issue with one of the toilets and they said they would get to it. I thought for sure this meant "we'll get to it in a week or two later"..., however i was quite happy to see i was mistaken and they returned in less than an 20 minutes to replace the part that had malfunctioned on the toilet. Thanks! New management is way better equipped than the last one to fulfill the management role needs for an apartment complex. I feel like Varsity Courts is a decent/above average apartment. Some small minor imperfections in the units but otherwise a well kept complex. Security patrols at night are a good added touch as well. Some noise from time to time but that is to be expected. Overall so far I rate the apartment as (7.5/10). I rented from fall 11 through fall 11. ...
