If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Not only are the apartments moldy and infested with insects, but they also have a number of other problems. The heating and air conditioning units rarely work. My dishwasher broke and leaked all over the kitchen and living areas. I could go on and on about this place, but the bottom line is DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. On top of all the issues with the apartment, these people are THIEVES!!! At the end of my lease, I walked around with the lady checking me out of the unit and she assured me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the place. I am a very neat and clean person and she told me that she was very impressed with how neat the place was. When I was expected my security deposit back a month later, they gave me nothing back! They stated that they had to clean the unit and kept all the money! They also said I owed money on rent, when I did not. I have never missed a payment in my life. I am an honest person and I really don't know how these people can live with themselves. I went to clear the issue up and the head lady working in the leasing office was a complete B*&%#! She told me I was out of luck and had to get a lawyer. I am just a student and can't afford an attorney for this kind of issue. If you can help it, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE HORRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE! I rented from summer '09 through summer 10. ...

-the worst thing is heating system and it's etraordinary high electricity bill especially in winter, and summer -noise from neighbor above you (even peeing, if you live on the first floor
