they recently hired a company called CONSERVICE to take care of their billing stuff. CONSERVICE will rob you as much as they can. Each bill it sends you, there is an extra $50 SERVICE FEE with it, no matter your actual bill is 1 cent or 1 million. DO NOT even think about someone will help you get it waived. No one knows why b/c there is no clear term in the leasing document. ...

Terrible service charges unbelievable high price for rent. The apartments office sucks so much! Really bad experience here. I rented from spring '08 through fall '08.
